Review: I Am Number Four by Pittacus Lore

Synopsis (from Barnes and Noble):

Nine of us came here. We look like you. We talk like you. We live among you. But we are not you. We can do things you dream of doing. We have powers you dream of having. We are stronger and faster than anything you have ever seen. We are the superheroes you worship in movies and comic books—but we are real.
Our plan was to grow, and train, and become strong, and become one, and fight them. But they found us and started hunting us first. Now all of us are running. Spending our lives in shadows, in places where no one would look, blending in. we have lived among you without you knowing.
But they know.
They caught Number One in Malaysia.
Number Two in England.
And Number Three in Kenya.
They killed them all.
I am Number Four.
I am next.

Review:

I Am Number Four is awesome! The prologue hooks you and all you can do from there is speed through the 400 some pages. 400 pages is a lot, but you'll soon realize that it is nothing when reading this book. The story follows Number Four, aka John, on his run from the Mogadorians. The Mogadorians have destroyed his home planet, Lorien, and want to get rid of the 9 that escaped them.
When John and his protector Henri have to make a quick getaway to a small town in Ohio, John wants nothing more then to settle down once and for all. So he eventually makes friends, enemies (not that he has enough already), and possibly a girlfriend. By doing so he has to hide who he is, but he wants to tell them the truth.
So will John actually get what he wants the most? Will the people he cares about turn against him, if he tells his secret? Most importantly will John survive? Will the Mogadorians find him? How will they be beaten if they do locate him?
These are all the questions I had while reading. Friendship, belonging, and family are important in I Am Number Four. Number Four is a great hero. I wouldn't mind meeting him! Every single character will find a place in your heart. Well everyone besides the villains that is. The only thing that made sense till the end was the prologue. I thought it was a premonition of what was to come for Number Four. I'm just going to save you the frustration and tell you that it is what Number Three went through. I highly recommend this book. Even if you are not a big syfy fan, everyone will like/love reading I Am Number Four.

Does the prologue have anything to do with the book? I think it might be an epilogue type of thing, but I'm not sure. Please help, very confused!
